Announce. Breaking of all stereotypes. Hydrogen (H2) being a predecessor in chemistry and in artificial fuels production in particular, from air and water domestically and distribute guarantees energy independency. USD 70/ton H2 = USD 5.78/ton NH3 = USD 7.3/bbloe , all by the Opex. Super cheaply, zero-carbon, circular, compact, scalable and flexible.

Abstract.
(1) CO + H2O = CO2 + H2, rewersible reaction, used here as an 'enveloping catalyst' for thermal water splitting (see reation (2)). Formic acid - CO2H2, as intermidiator of process (1) allows its soft conditions. The by-product of reaction (1) is heat in electrisity for sale.
(2) (CO2 + H2) + m H2O = m H2 + m/2 O2 + (CO + H20). At m = 0.33, a cost of H2-product is USD 53 / ton H2 = USD 7.35 /bbloe, the all is Opex. It can be converted in NH3 of USD 5.78/ton NH3. and USD 7.3 / bbloe. A key element of the cheapening is a drastically supercheap renewable energy being developed earlier.
