Abstract. Solar thermo-electric generator of about 1 m2 solar flux comprise a tiny antenna after solar energy heating upto 1200 C in focal spot by (b) a dish concentrator and (c) a solar tracker comprise a thin film planar mirror moved by two tiny and cheap servomotors controlled by simplest sensor, the said all are motionless, except of the said tracker. It was estimated roughly and shortly whithout serious optimisation as more than 45% efficiency of solar into electricity, while a cost of the energy system seriously depended on regions' implementation, but for moderate climate it is about USD 30-50 / kW.
