It is a trasport of 10 cent/kg can be fixed in the sky motionless by VTOL [1], [2] or fly in any direction, upto 900 km/hr. 2000 km range, 100 kg of bipropellant (kerosene and pressed oxigen) per a ton proportionally. It can be fed by not big solar PV panel or by shuttle delivdery or at refueling stations

Mostly, it is enough to read "magic first five lines of them" to understand what can wait him from the rest ones, and he can scroll pages only. The comics allows to address the reader to key information only to read it more attentively.
