About wind turbine of 0.4 US cents / kWh
Abstract .
A lot of small HAWTs of about one meter of blades are attached distributedly to a rope fixed to the bottom and stretched above by a balloon with a gas, is lighter than air. Each HAWT is equipped by simplest passive stabilizers. Neighboring HAVTs are rotated in opposite directions to suppress torque of the rope. Being small, the said HAWTs are lighter and cheaper in two order of magnitude, so can be negligible in comparison with total system, in its turn in a lion share is a cost of its electric generators being about USD 100.0 / kW. So total cost of electricity would be about 0. 27 cent / kWh = 120 / (5 years payback * 8766 hours in a year), or 0.4 cents / kWh with big reserve.
The system can be folded up on the bottom for treatment.
