New step to new energetics - Judbbarovski process.
New step to new energetics - Judbarovski process
Detailed Description
Economics of the said invention is tremendous. Here I consider Opex only (Operational expenditures) to estimate, while Capex (Capital expenditures) is ordinary, because is used ordinary, conventional, not sophisticated apparatus.
Claim 1. Fischer-Tropsch
process (Germany, a middle of 1920-th) to produce motors' fuels from carbon
based fuels (e.g. coals, lignite or others ones) and the water vapor, C(s) +
H2O(g) = CO + H2, named by "syngas", to produce the oil, CO + 2H2 =
CH2 + H2O, is combined with Boudouard reaction (France, 1905) converting carbon
monoxide into carbon dioxide + graphite, CO = 0.5 × (CO2 + C) at quite mild
conditions, and totally balanced in 1.5 C + H2O = CH2 + 0.5 CO2, manufacturing
the oil.
Indeed.
2C + 2H2O = CO + CO +2H2
= CO + CH2 + H20 (Fischer-Tropsch process) and in separate reactor CO = 0.5 × (CO2
+ C) (Boudouard reversible reaction at quite mild conditions), so totally
1.5 C + H2O = CH2 + 0.5
CO2, named by Judbarovski process (Israel, 2023) to underline its patentability.
It alone allows to save
25 % carbon based fuels - C and 50% harmful exhaust CO2, but needs additional
energy ~40 kJ from O.1 C combustion, so it is resulted into
1.6 C + H2O = CH2 + 0.6
CO2
Supposing a domestic
costs in Central Europe as USD 100.O / ton C, and USD 30.0 / ton CO2,
CH2 is (1.6 × 12 × 100 -
0.6 × 44 × 30) ÷ 14 = USD 80/ ton CH2, or incredible USD 11.5/bbl vs. 75.0 as
world market prices 2023/24 and many years earlier.
Claim
2.
+
Oil manufactured by Claim 1 is decomposed thermally into hydrogen and more clean carbon (graphite) to recycle about 60% of dirty C (carbon) from Judbarovski process of Claim 1. All those allow to produce free hydrogen, because expenses of it can be relayed to carbon product cost painlessly, and further to Judbarovski process of Claim 1 now with carbon in much more clean form and about at half cheapening additionally the said Judbarovski process , but doesn't need in new sites exploration, heavy mining, and long transportation for delivery.
Claim 3. Carbon dioxide
as a byproduct of Judbarovski process and free hydrogen produced
correspondently to Claim 2, can incredibly save expenditures for raw materials
for gas manufacturing by Sabatier process - CO2 + 4 H2 = CH4 + 2 H2O.
So such gas product is
much cleaner and at a half cheaper than cheapest long term world prices of
natural gas, and in order of magnitude cheaper than it is and was asked by a
cartel of natural gas exporters.
Additional cheapening of
gas allows the claim 4.
Claim 4, is the Claim 3,
herein CO2 can be extracted from the air everywhere in the world, when CO2
diffuses from the air and then diffused much more slowly through the water
surface of water pond/ponds, and reacting with Ca(OH)2
water solution creating CaCO3' sediment on the said pond/ponds bottom
and extracted for thermal decomposition in CO2 and in CaO going
to be desolved in the water and return back in the said pond/ponds. Totally
about 300 km2 of such ponds is enough to satisfy all world energy consume of present
mankind in cheap and clean coal, oil and gas.
Claim 5. Oil and gas of
Claim 1, Claim 3 and Claim 4, and hydrogen and carbon (graphite) of Claim 2 can
be abundant and inexhausted very attractive cheap and clean raw material for
chemistry. For example, ammonia, produced by classical Haber-Bosh process, can
be practically free by Opex, while a long term world market prices are and were
some hundreds US dollars for a ton, reaching 1000 and even more.
Claim 6. Clean carbon of
Claim 2 can be used to produce solar cells.
Claim 7. Integration of
huge wind and solar energy in national grids now is and was unsolvable problem.
The cheap fuels
manufactured following Claim 1, Claim 2, Claim 3, Claim 4 separately or in
their different combinations can be used to support and help renewables as heat
as electricity to satisfy any designed schedule of energy supply distributed
for distributed consumers, and to satisfy reliability too, if wartimes or
against terrorist attack or so.
